• Registration information: Association name, subdomain, email, manager name, phone number.
• Circle information: Student and teacher data, attendance records, progress reports.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited.
• Cookies to improve user experience.

• Without an account: browsing the association's page and reading the Mushaf need no sign-in, and we ask for no personal data. The last page you read is saved on your device only.
• Sign-in uses the teacher's phone number or the student's national ID, as registered by the association. Accounts are not created in the app.
• Location: only for location-based attendance, while the app is open, to confirm presence at the circle. Location is never tracked in the background.
• Notifications: when enabled, we store a device token to deliver circle and association alerts. They can be turned off in the device settings.
• Camera and photos: used only when you choose to take or pick a photo.
• Crash reports: when an error occurs, a technical report (device model, OS and app version, error details and account ID) is sent to our error-monitoring provider so we can fix it.
• The app shows no ads, and its data is not used for tracking or advertising.

• We conduct regular security reviews to ensure data protection.
• We restrict data access to authorized personnel only.

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.
• We may share data with trusted service providers (hosting, messaging and notifications, error monitoring) under strict agreements.
• We may disclose data upon legal request from competent authorities.
• In case of merger or sale, your data will transfer with the same privacy policy commitment.
